We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Curry Chef to join our team at Downtown Kitchener. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes to high standards
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve excellent service standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Curry Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
