Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Once More Luxury Boutique. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the store is always clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
