Job Description

BMO is actively seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement.

This division is tasked with the strategic sourcing of suppliers, including onboarding and vetting processes, supplier risk management, and transactional procurement activities. The successful candidate will join a Procurement team that oversees three primary functions: support for the supplier risk management process via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive activities), concierge/VIP end-to-end process services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive activities), and the Contract Management Office (CMO) responsible for the comprehensive contract process utilizing a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA). The team collaborates closely to provide cross-functional support. Initially, the selected candidate will focus on one of these functions, with opportunities to expand into broader responsibilities involving cross-functional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process requests from ServiceNow to implement changes to procedures.
  • Execute and complete system-related tasks as necessary.
  • Provide additional support to other team responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential): 1 year (Required)
Experience in Customer Service/Support: 1 year (Required)
Familiarity with ServiceNow: 1 year (Desired)
Background in Procurement: 1 year (Desired)

Education/Certifications:

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma
