**Job Summary**

Canada Computers & Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, establishing brand positioning, and analyzing market trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with overseas sourcing department to procure products and work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches in collaboration with Category Managers.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend product pricing to ensure competitiveness.
  • Monitor consumer market trends and scope out competition to stay ahead of the market.
  • Test and evaluate new products to ensure quality and feasibility.
  • Communicate regularly with Sr. Category Manager to ensure alignment on new product options.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and product development, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and international vendor management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
