Job Description
BMO is currently seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement.
This department is responsible for the strategic sourcing of suppliers, including onboarding and vetting processes, supplier risk management, and transactional procurement activities. The chosen candidate will join a team within Procurement that oversees three primary functions: support for the supplier risk management process via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive tasks), concierge/VIP end-to-end services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive tasks), and the Contract Management Office (CMO) responsible for the comprehensive contract process utilizing a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA). The team collaborates closely to provide cross-functional support. Initially, the selected candidate will focus on one of these functions, with the potential to expand into broader responsibilities supporting various tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and processing requests from ServiceNow to implement changes to procedures.
- Executing and completing system-related tasks as necessary.
- Providing additional support to other team responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical): 1 year (Required)
- Experience in Customer Service/Support: 1 year (Required)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow: 1 year (Desired)
- Background in Procurement: 1 year (Desired)
Education/Certifications:
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma
