Position: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address all inquiries from sales representatives, suppliers, and customers by offering necessary information and support.
  • Facilitate communication between suppliers and sales representatives regarding proof approvals, additional charges, sample orders (including returns if needed), and ensure timely updates on delivery statuses.
  • Verify the accuracy of supplier acknowledgments and promptly enter supplier confirmations into the system.
  • Conduct product research for sales representatives, prepare formal quotes when required, and assist sales associates with innovative sales strategies.
  • Participate in both internal and external trade exhibitions and supplier product training sessions.
  • Set priorities and organize tasks effectively to enhance productivity.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong skills in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • A positive demeanor, motivation, and empathy.
  • Focus on achieving results.
  • Education and Experience: A diploma from a college program is required. A minimum of three years of experience in customer service is necessary, with training in the promotional products industry provided.
