Key Responsibilities:
- Address all inquiries from sales representatives, suppliers, and end users by delivering necessary information and support.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers and sales representatives regarding proof approvals, additional charges, sample orders (including returns if needed), special sample production, and ensure timely updates on delivery statuses.
- Verify the accuracy of supplier acknowledgments and promptly enter supplier confirmations into the system.
- Conduct product research for sales representatives, prepare formal quotes when required, and assist sales associates with innovative sales strategies.
- Participate in both internal and external trade exhibitions and supplier product information sessions.
- Set priorities and organize tasks effectively to enhance productivity.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Strong skills in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
