As an Assistant Server at Accor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service in our Library Bar. Your primary focus will be to support the serving team during peak periods, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare serving stations and work areas for each meal period.
- Assist with the smooth execution of meal service during peak times.
- Offer continued support in preparation for the next meal period.
- Report for duty punctually, in full uniform according to appearance and grooming standards.
- Promote and maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of Library Bar policies, procedures, and set service standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a pleasant, helpful manner.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Attend pre-shift, weekly, and monthly meetings to improve the guest experience.
- Understand how to operate all equipment used in the outlet.
- Participate in health and safety procedures for the Library Bar and Hotel.
- Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Smart Serve training program certification an asset.
- Must be of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- OTE certificate an asset.
- Flexibility with shifts dependent on business demands.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and ideas.
