Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes running food, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests
- Run food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Refill drinks and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area
Requirements
- SmartServe certification
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is an asset
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
