We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee our fast-paced food service operations. This role requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-food environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen staff.
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Estimate and procure necessary ingredients for food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food service and quality assurance.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and present operational reports as needed.
- Train new employees on job responsibilities and sanitation practices.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage stress effectively.
- Engage in a combination of walking, standing, and sitting throughout the shift.
- Document sales activities and maintain organized records.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Handle employee concerns and foster a positive work atmosphere.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a standard 40-hour work week.
