Food Service Manager

Meltwich food co. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, as well as manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member.
