Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:- Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures to produce high-quality cheese products.
- Receive and inspect raw materials, including milk, UF milk, cream, secondary culture, and whey, to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Record data and inventory entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understand and assist with the disassembly and assembly of cheese production equipment.
- Participate in the manufacturing and cleaning processes as required.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to our Health and Safety policy.
- Contribute to our HACCP program and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Work efficiently and effectively to optimize equipment and material usage.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivation, results-oriented, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Proficiency in computer software and programs.
- Dependability and proficiency in current position.
