Job Title: Operator, Production

At DPC Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P., we're committed to excellence in everything we do. As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in our cheese manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures to produce high-quality cheese products.
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, including milk, UF milk, cream, secondary culture, and whey, to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Record data and inventory entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understand and assist with the disassembly and assembly of cheese production equipment.
  • Participate in the manufacturing and cleaning processes as required.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to our Health and Safety policy.
  • Contribute to our HACCP program and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to optimize equipment and material usage.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our production goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivation, results orientation, and high initiative.
  • Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Proficiency in computer software and programs.
  • Dependability and proficiency in current position.
