Strategic Importance

The role of the Engineering Project Manager is essential in ensuring that projects adhere to our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, remain within scope, are delivered on schedule, and stay within budget while upholding high-quality benchmarks.

Work Environment and Travel Requirements

  • This position offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement. While regular office attendance is not required, occasional in-person meetings may be necessary.

Your Contributions

  • Assist in managing moderately complex engineering and product projects through our SDLC from initial discovery to final deployment.
  • Facilitate sprint planning for product features to optimize efficiency in execution and priority management.
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks proactively, offering mitigation strategies and escalating critical issues to senior team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and ensure clear follow-up on action items.
  • Act as a collaborative team member who takes initiative in supporting the delivery of new product and application features.

Desired Qualifications

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally within a software or technology context.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Aha.
