How You Will Contribute:

As the Oracle EBS Technical Developer, you will report to the Manager - IT Applications and provide advanced-level development and support of Oracle EBS RICE components. The ability to communicate with and support various internal customers is critical to the success of this position. As an important team member, you will be required to have self-initiative to take on development of enhancements, bug fixes, and other efforts.

  • You will be involved in enhancements/bug fixes in Oracle Applications integrations, interfaces, custom reporting, forms, and custom applications.
  • You will be part of application development in Oracle EBS modules, including Supply Chain and Finance.
  • You will also work on Oracle SR documentation and information requirements as and when required.
  • You will work with business service owners to gather requirements.
  • You will convert business requirements into technical design documents, develop and implement the solution, along with enhancements efforts from conception through deployment.
  • You will deliver solutions on-time and ensure they satisfy internal customers.
  • You will participate in peer code/design reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.

The Must-Haves:

  • Must have minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12 required, with strong preference given to those with R12.2.x experience.
  • PL/SQL programming advanced skills and experience.
  • Strong familiarity with Oracle EBS base tables and views in SCM and Finance modules is a must, including Procurement, OM, Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, Shipping. You should be familiar with O2C and P2P cycles.
  • Knowledge on Oracle Cloud Modules like OTM, GTM, BM & GOP would be preferred.
  • Knowledge on Agile PLM, Demantra, and Service Contracts will be preferred.
  • Experience using Oracle EBS open interface APIs, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms Developer, Oracle workflow, XML Publisher, OAF will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – including the use of written, electronic, and oral communication.
  • Sound reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
