About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Android Developer to join our team at LGS, an IBM Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects that propel our clients' businesses forward and improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of customer projects, including new applications, development of new functionalities on existing applications, and maintenance.
  • Help our customers build scalable applications.
  • Work with Kotlin and have a good understanding of software architecture (MVVM).
  • Experience with reactive programming (RxJava, Coroutines) and user interface frameworks (XML and Jetpack Compose UI).
  • Collaborate with resources outside the province of Quebec, requiring bilingualism in French and English.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering (other educational backgrounds considered if combined with required experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Android Development.
  • Knowledge of white-label applications and Git/source code management (GitHub, GitLab,...).
