Cash Management Specialist - Data Entry, MS Excel

CB Canada is seeking a Cash Management Specialist with expertise in Data Entry and MS Excel.

Role Overview

  • Perform data entry across various platforms.
  • Oversee all activities related to cash management and reconciliation for diverse client segments.
  • Implement operational procedures to guarantee the accuracy, promptness, and completeness of all processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, processes, and procedures regularly to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Meet established targets that measure service quality and effectiveness against relevant benchmarks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and value for clients.
  • Engage in risk management practices.
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate audit standards.
  • Contribute to positive outcomes in all internal and external audits.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development of team members regarding operational procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Risk and Control department within Operations.
  • Ensure all suspense accounts are managed and updated appropriately.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient MS Excel data entry skills, with a focus on macros.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in client service management.
  • Relevant industry and regulatory/compliance knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of Global Payments practices.
  • Understanding of various investment instrument types.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT Message Types.

Assignment Details

This position is available for an initial duration of 18 months.

Work Environment

This role requires onsite work.
