About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Cash Express. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Assist clients by proposing solutions to address their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.
  • Loan Processing: Complete credit and loan documentation, interview applicants for loans, and submit credit and loan applications to management.
  • Account Management: Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking, and online banking services.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote the sale of credit and loan services and research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans.
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and update credit and loan files, authorize payments by cheque, and handle cash transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and organized.
