Job Summary

Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash resources and minimize borrowing costs.
  • Manage cash forecasting and liquidity management processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure optimal cash management services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support cash management decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize cash resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a strong background in treasury operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and financial modeling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, CPA/CA, or CTP certification.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
