Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Approval

Review and approve or reject loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Client Support

Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by providing personalized solutions and recommendations for business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.

Documentation and Compliance

Complete and review credit and loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Credit Evaluation

Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit history, and ability to repay loans.

Account Management

Open new personal and non-personal accounts, provide access to automated banking services, and authorize payments by cheque.

Sales and Promotion

Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients, ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

File Maintenance

Review and update credit and loan files, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Management Reporting

Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
