This role is responsible for managing the operations and activities of correctional facilities and detention centres. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social service program development and management, as well as experience working with Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social service programs to support Indigenous communities
  • Manage the operations of correctional facilities and detention centres
  • Supervise a team of staff and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Collaborate with government agencies and community organizations to develop and implement programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, criminology)
