The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes fostering relationships with both internal teams and external partners, proactively developing a talent pipeline, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for current and future roles within Accoravillage.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in comprehensive recruitment within a dynamic environment supporting various departments
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify and engage high-caliber candidates

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with the capacity to engage effectively with employees at all levels in a professional and respectful manner
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to enhance recruitment strategies

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract both active and passive candidates through various channels, including social media, career fairs, employee referrals, job boards, and community outreach, while screening and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand immediate and future staffing needs, including the necessary behavioral and technical competencies for each role.
  • Continuously cultivate a talent pipeline and talent pools for future roles and challenging positions.
  • Generate, prepare, and share recruitment analytics with business leaders, identifying trends and suggesting process improvements to enhance talent acquisition efforts at Accoravillage.
  • Plan, execute, and assess participation in career fairs, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to elevate the Accoravillage brand in the market.
