Restaurant Operations Manager

Brunes Investments Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
