Position

We are currently looking to add to the team an Associate Lawyer who will work in our Estates Law practice group, focusing on estate administration and litigation. This role will involve working with clients to navigate the complexities of estate planning and administration, as well as representing clients in estate-related disputes.

Key Requirements

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in estate administration and/or litigation.
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in building a successful practice and growing the business.
  • A strong client focus and ability to invest in developing strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical, problem-solving, negotiation, and drafting skills, combined with strong advocacy skills.
  • Hands-on, flexible workstyle with excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy office, independently and in a team environment, within tight timelines.
