Position

We are seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our Estates Law practice group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate administration and/or litigation, and will be responsible for providing technical, problem-solving, negotiation, and drafting skills to our clients.

Key Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in estate administration and/or litigation.
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in building a successful practice and growing the business.
  • A strong client focus and ability to invest in developing strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical, problem-solving, negotiation, and drafting skills, combined with strong advocacy skills.
  • Hands-on, flexible workstyle with excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy office, independently and in a team environment, within tight timelines.
