About the Role

SOTI is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners to drive profitable growth for SOTI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and opportunities.
  2. Prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods.
  3. Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
  4. Understand client needs and identify new opportunities within your territory.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  6. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
  7. Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  8. Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels of larger clients.
  9. Partner with vendor technology representatives for product resell opportunities.
  10. Develop and nurture a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  11. Assist with high Support Cases or issue escalations as needed in collaboration with SOTI Support.
  12. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  13. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 Years' Experience with Software Sales working through a Channel.
  2. Deep understanding of working through a Channel.
  3. Collaboration with Strategic Alliance with OEMs, driving net new Logos and growing existing accounts.
  4. Identifying new OEMs to work with and building out partnerships.
  5. Certification with Value Selling - Visualize or equivalent sales methodology training.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce software.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  8. Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts and projects.
