Job Summary:

The French Bilingual Call Center Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all calls and off-line work adhere to quality guidelines. This includes monitoring associate transactions, scoring individual tasks, and providing coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and audit associate transactions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide personal and proactive feedback to associates in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Track associate progress and recommend performance action plans for those not meeting standards.
  • Work with supervisors and management to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide training to new hires and experienced associates as needed.
  • Attend and contribute to internal and client monitoring sessions.
  • Stay knowledgeable on project information and take calls on assigned engagements.
  • Track trends and make recommendations for refresher and up-training.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of prior call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings.
  • Experience with contact center software.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and genuine interest in people and desire to help.
What We Offer:
  • $19.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
  • Paid weekly, every Friday.
  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Temporary to permanent role.
  • Minimum 37.5 hours per week.
  • Safe, clean work environment.
