About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk at V Global Immigration Inc. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with preparing and processing documents, reports, and other materials.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Office Operations
    • Assist with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment
