Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Captain Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and recruiting and hiring workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Recruit and hire workers to meet the needs of the team.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
