Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at JIFFY LUBE 1029. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Lead Sales Team: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Plan Budgets: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the success of our retail store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
