About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Kleen Bee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
