About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Kleen Bee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Evaluate daily sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Plan and organize daily sales activities, including merchandise procurement and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Study market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
