Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Executive Inn Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve service quality.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and community partners.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
