Job Title: Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Pedco Supply Inc. As a key member of our sales and inventory team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in our warehouse and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts and supplies
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and maintain inventory control systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and meet sales targets
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a retail or warehouse environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory control software and MS Office
