As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our master data to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain data in key areas such as customers, suppliers, item master data, BOMs, and routings.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales, to ensure data alignment with business needs and adherence to data governance policies.
- Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Regularly audit master data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and resolve any data discrepancies.
- Identify and suggest improvements to data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools.
- Strong Excel skills, experience in SQL, and data manipulation languages.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or inconsistencies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data.
