Bioriginal, a global leader in nutritional innovation, is seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our master data to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain data in key areas such as customers, suppliers, item master data, BOMs, and routings.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales, to ensure data alignment with business needs and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Regularly audit master data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools.
  • Strong Excel skills, experience in SQL, and data manipulation languages.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or inconsistencies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
