POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is based at our Tanger Outlets location. The role is essential in providing administrative assistance and ensuring the seamless operation of the office, reporting directly to the General Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the General Manager and team with various administrative tasks and provide coverage as necessary;
  • Manage incoming phone calls;
  • Welcome tenants, contractors, and visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries;
  • Execute administrative duties such as answering phones, collecting mail, scheduling appointments, and coordinating deliveries;
  • Maintain and update the tenant contact and insurance information database, ensuring accuracy and currency;
  • Update contractor information and gather necessary insurance and WSIB documentation;
  • Draft memos and facilitate internal communications;
  • Assist in onboarding new tenants;
  • Support tenant-related events;
  • Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen and restroom areas and procure perishable supplies;
  • Order office supplies as needed;
  • Conduct general filing and maintain organized records;
  • Track and manage lost and found items;
  • Ensure the office is accessible during scheduled hours and maintain coverage;
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy;
  • Exceptional customer service abilities;
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
