Management Consultant

Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) and drive transformational change within the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement OCM plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, risks, and objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and deliver training programs to support end-user adoption and provide coaching to project teams.
- Support the development of an operational support model and participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in OCM, training, and communications, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale organizational changes.
- Expertise in project planning, change impact assessments, and training development, with a strong understanding of Public Sector projects and environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
