Job Title: IT Management Consultant Level 1

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Management Consultant to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-discipline teams in strategic initiatives to improve IT performance and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior executive management to identify and prioritize IT projects.
  • Manage effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Facilitate planning for cultural change and organizational design.
  • Provide investment portfolio analysis and executive decision consultation.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders during organizational change.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with senior executive management levels within a government body or similar organization. They will have a strong skill set in leadership, strategic planning, business process improvement, and technology management. Additionally, they will have experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps, managing relationships with stakeholders, and facilitating planning for cultural change.
