Job Description

RAPS Consulting Inc is seeking a seasoned IT Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with our Director of Technology Services to provide management consulting services to assist with various managerial assessments and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-discipline teams in strategic or complex initiatives to improve organizational performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage effective working relationships with senior executive management levels within government bodies, including Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and Chief Information Officers.
  • Identify and implement organizational and functional design changes to improve service delivery models.
  • Facilitate planning for cultural change and transition planning to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
Requirements
  • At least five years' experience working with senior executive management levels within a government body.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead multi-discipline teams in consensus building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
