Job Title: Management Consultant

Ignite Technical Resources Limited is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to lead organizational change management, training, and communications for the Integrated Project Services (IPS) initiative.

About the Role:

The Management Consultant will drive organizational transformation through change management, while supporting solution architecture, project planning, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning and create change management and communication plans for smooth transitions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals, risks, and objectives.
  • Develop coaching and training plans, including end-user training and a comprehensive training toolkit.
  • Support the design of an operational support model and participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to organizational design and transition planning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in change management, training, and communications.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, change impact assessments, and training development.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector projects and environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale organizational changes.
