We are seeking a talented Creative Direction Associate with a strong foundation in conceptual art direction and a keen understanding of social media dynamics. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic brand advocate, adept at managing multiple consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands that are both highly regulated and widely recognized.

Role Overview

As a key member of our innovative embedded team, you will collaborate closely with project management and account teams, reporting directly to our leadership based in New York City. This position allows for seamless virtual collaboration with colleagues across North and Latin America, ensuring you have the support necessary for success.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on high-volume content production, transforming existing upper-funnel creative into engaging assets that align with brand standards and are optimized for various formats.

While overseeing content production will be your main duty, you will also have the chance to create original social media content, conduct tabletop shoots, and engage in mid- to upper-funnel campaigns.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Given the unique nature of this role, maintaining open communication with your NYC colleagues is essential. You will be the sole creative presence on-site, so comfort in leading local initiatives is crucial. You will work across various asset types and platforms, with a preference for tabletop formats. Support from your creative lead will be available to help you get started, and collaboration with editors and animators will occur, making familiarity with their terminology beneficial.

Compensation

Firewood Marketing, Inc. has provided a salary range that reflects its good faith estimate for this position. The final salary will be determined based on job-related factors, ensuring fairness and equity.

Salary Range: $115,000—$125,000 CAD
