Marsh is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Surety business unit as a Client Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the administration of surety bonds, including data management and maintenance.
- Work closely with client executives to ensure the approval of bonds, including the collection of information and presentation to sureties and clients.
- Prepare bond costing for tenders and final bonds, including primary and pro-rated return/additional premium costing.
- Conduct research with client executives on behalf of clients, including the collection of financial information and bond liabilities reports.
- Create and update client files, including filing documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Ensure all documents are current and correct, and maintain an electronic file system for scanned bonds and email documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed, with guidance from client team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve information gaps in key account data.
- Adhere to company procedures and data integrity standards.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, including mail service and liaison with couriers.
- Proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
- Ability to navigate a corporate environment and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Business savvy with the ability to learn quickly.
