About the Role

Marsh is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Surety business unit as a Client Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of surety bonds, including data management and maintenance.
  • Work closely with client executives to ensure the approval of bonds, including the collection of information and presentation to sureties and clients.
  • Prepare bond costing for tenders and final bonds, including primary and pro-rated return/additional premium costing.
  • Conduct research with client executives on behalf of clients, including the collection of financial information and bond liabilities reports.
  • Create and update client files, including filing documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Ensure all documents are current and correct, and maintain an electronic file system for scanned bonds and email documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed, with guidance from client team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve information gaps in key account data.
  • Adhere to company procedures and data integrity standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, including mail service and liaison with couriers.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
  • Ability to navigate a corporate environment and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
