About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at FRAME GAME CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Layout Preparation: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, utilizing measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Material Handling: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create high-quality framing components.
  • Installation and Finishing: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless and professional finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead other workers to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 35-40 hour workweek, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
