About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at Delta Framing & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the framing and installation of residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations, utilizing measuring tools and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel, to create precise and durable structures.
  • Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems, ensuring a strong and stable framework for our projects.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, paying close attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in various settings, such as mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Work Environment

As a Framing Carpenter with Delta Framing & Renovation Ltd., you can expect to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day. Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
