Job Title: Technical Expert

As a Technical Expert at Staples Canada, you will be part of a dynamic and inspiring team that partners with customers and communities to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales for the technology and workspaces departments, cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve goals and targets.
  • Prepare quotes on technology systems and related products when required.
  • Provide coverage and assistance in all areas of the store where business needs require, including Tech Services.
  • Communicate relevant sales information, inventory levels, and product issues to store leaders.
  • Operate cash registers, follow loss prevention measures, and maintain store standards in assigned departments.

Requirements:

  • Technology sales experience.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a technical field is preferred.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Health and dental benefits.
