On behalf of CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager specializing in IT Transformation.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established PMO policies and frameworks set forth by management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution from initiation through to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and comprehensive scope completion while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage project team members effectively, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Coordinate with Operations and departmental leaders to secure necessary resources for project deliverables.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of project finances, including budgets, actual expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement Test Plans to guarantee the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, including schedules, health reports, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage relationships with external consulting firms, ensuring alignment with the company's best interests.
  • Document and manage any changes in project scope that may affect timelines, budgets, or quality metrics.
  • Monitor project team time reporting to ensure accurate project accounting.
  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and the project team, facilitating effective communication.
  • Identify, address, and escalate issues and risks as necessary.
  • Ensure all project-related documents and artifacts are organized and stored in compliance with PMO framework requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing multiple complex projects at an enterprise level.
  • Proven experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders and development teams, whether in-office or remotely.
  • Strong understanding of innovation and technology trends.
  • Knowledgeable in Cyber Security principles relevant to industrial applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing IT projects within a large, complex corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Project Management Systems.
  • Experience in Cost Management, Change Management, and Risk Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a remote work environment with occasional onsite requirements as restrictions allow.
