We are seeking a skilled Home Care Services Promotions Coordinator to support the growth of our Home Care services and Subscription Services.

This role involves working closely with the Support Services department to coordinate and manage the Home Care Services program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement promotions for the Home Care Service programs.
  • Build partnerships and increase community engagement to support the function of the Home Care Services.
  • Conduct needs survey type of research for developing new programs.
  • Support the Director of Care to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Provide written and/or oral reports and activities as required.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Social Work, Community Development, or equivalent.
  • Experience in business operations within a similar area.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and standards related to the community services in Ontario.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English (verbal and written Japanese language skills are an asset).
  • Ability to write reports and grant applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent assessment, interviewing, and problem-solving skills
