Senior DevOps Strategist

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Lead to spearhead the implementation of DevOps practices for the development of a new product.
This product will be sold in the market, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping its infrastructure and ensuring the seamless deployment of DevOps processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DevOps strategies and frameworks for the product.
- Oversee the automation of CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth integration and deployment.
- Lead infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives to maintain scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development goals.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading DevOps teams in both implementation and strategy.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation.
- Utility industry experience.
