Financial Reporting and Analysis

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Tolko Industries. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
