About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Tolko Industries. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and service providers.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Enrolled in, or actively taking steps to become enrolled in, the CPA program.
  • Demonstrated financial reporting skills and experience with financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
